Background
Mt. Playmore, Texas’ largest indoor playscape, approached me at a pivotal moment—pre-franchise expansion, just before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. With plans to scale their business model and elevate their brand presence, they needed a creative partner who could seamlessly integrate with their internal team and help reimagine both their visual identity and customer experience.

What I Delivered
As a branding specialist and marketing strategist, I collaborated closely with Mt. Playmore’s leadership and staff to overhaul their in-location branding and support their marketing execution. My work included:
✅ Yeti Character Rebrand
Redesigned Mt. Playmore’s beloved mascot with a more modern, friendly, and versatile look that could be scaled across merchandise, signage, and marketing materials.
✅ Interior & Exterior Signage
Updated all internal wayfinding and large-scale signage to reflect the refreshed brand identity—creating a more cohesive, on-brand visitor experience.
✅ Event Creative & Execution
Helped organize and co-host one of the largest Princess Party events in Central Texas, managing everything from event design and promotion to on-site logistics and marketing collateral.
✅ Marketing & Content Strategy
Directed the brand’s popular COVID-19 response video, which received strong engagement from the community.
Designed and managed digital ads, copywriting, content creation, and social media strategy to keep the brand active and connected to families during uncertain times.
Developed marketing materials for promotions, parties, and new customer acquisition campaigns.
